Minutehand (iOS App)
With a great idea to embrace the gig economy, the inventor of this app concept came to us to build it. The concept was to allow ordinary people in need of information, to find experts in any imaginable field and actually schedule a phone call to discuss. Experts (helpers) earn extra money by charging for their time on the phone, by the minute. We delivered his peer to peer (p2p) platform as an iOS app and custom ruby on rails backend. The platform features credit card processing and integration with a cloud telephony system to allow for app users to talk to each other and feature recordings of the calls on their user profiles.
My House Page - Website Generator Platform
A major name in real estate training came to us with an idea to build a platform that real estate agents could use to generate lead generation websites that would capture homeowners looking to sell. It was important for it to be simple to use and efficient with at it's main job - lead capture. We integrated a third party datasource to display local demographic data and built out additional features over the last several months including a training portal, support form, home-seller interface and more. Sites can be generated in less than 10 seconds and can be customized in almost any way imaginable. This platform is generating a very healthy monthly income for it's happy owner!
HomeBuzz - Real Estate App & Game
Search nearby Real Estate for sale and check-in, review, or estimate the price that you think the home will eventually sell for. When the home sells, find out which person estimated closest to the actual sale price - part game, part path to neighborhood expertise! The HomeBuzz founder came to us with the idea and specs for his app and we created the MVP version for him as a native iOS app with a custom Ruby on Rails backend that even included an API to display app information on the future HomeBuzz website. The backend features a dashboard to track user activity and lead information. We submitted the app to the iTunes App Store and saw it through app store approval.
